Genetic diversity studies in groundnut genotypes (Arachis hypogaea L.)

چکیده

The present study was done to the extent of diversity among released and popular varieties India advanced cultures in groundnut.  D2 analysis for 15 characters resulted formation nine clusters 30 genotypes studied. Highest intra-cluster distance recorded cluster VI followed by III, V, II VII. Maximum inter-cluster between VIII IX III VII VIII.   Based on mean performance, intra distance, (ALR 1 COG0539) could be used increasing shelling per cent, oil content, pod yield / plant no. primary branches plant. (CO 1, COG0549 BSR 2) can improving number mature pods/ plant, hundred kernel weight, leaf area index (JL 24) total biomass trait based improvement programme.
